Here are some tips for Laylatul-Qadr, if you do these during the last 10 days of Ramadan, InsyAllah you will encounter Laylatul-Qadr.
1) Take a vacation for Allah.
* We take a break from our jobs for almost everything in life. Why not now we focus on worshiping and thanking our Creator?
2) I'tikaf
*It was a practice of the prophet Muhammad to spend the last 10 days and night of Ramadan in the mosque.
3) Make this special Du 'a
*O' Allah, you are oft-pardoning and you love to pardon, so pardon me.
4) Recite the Quran.
*Perhaps one can choose Surahs of Passengers from the Quran which One has heard in Taraweeh.
5) Get your sins wiped out.
*"Whoever stand (in prayer)-while nourishing his faith with self-evaluation, expecting reward from Allah, will have all of his previous sins forgiven"
6) Evaluate yourself.
*Do an evaluation of where you are and where you are going with your life.
7) Make long, sincere and deep Du'a
8) Have Iftor with the family.
*Try to compensate your family for the days and not only spent iftor time in the office.
9) Take the family to Taraweeh.
10) Attend the du'a after the completion of the Quranic recitation.
11) Finish reading a book on the Prophet
*Read about the Prophet 's life , which can increase you love for him and Islam by seeing how much he struggled for Allah's sake.
